AP Exam Schedule

The following are some reminders and final preparations for the AP Exams:
AP EXAMS RUN FROM MAY 4 TO MAY 15!!!!! Be on time and present for your exam(s)!!! Missing an exam for any reason can result in missed test fees and possible reordering fees!!! These fees can range from $40 to $99!!!

AP Exam Dates and General Times AM exams - arrive at Butler no later than 7:30 AM PM exams - arrive at Butler no later than 11:30 AM

BRING the following with you:
● PHOTO ID – You will NOT be admitted without it!
o If you need an ID made - use the following link: https://bit.ly/butlerid
o If you get an ID made through Butler, please allow one week for processing
o If you have any questions regarding IDs please speak with your AP teacher or reach out to Mr. Riley (phillip.riley@cms.k12.nc.us) ● Two sharpened No. 2 pencils (not mechanical!) and a black/blue ballpoint pen.
● Calculator for certain AP exams (approved calculators and exams are linked below)

● Positive and Cooperative Attitude!! Take the test seriously!!
● You may bring a small snack to eat during the short break. Snacks should be kept in a clear plastic bag. Please remember we are at school and need to dispose of trash properly. Do NOT eat or drink in the room during the exam.
● You may NOT go to your cars during testing or the break
● You may NOT go to your other classes during testing or the break
● DRESS PROPERLY – All Butler dress code policies will be followed. Remember that the rooms may be hot or cold - try to dress in layers! You are not allowed to wear hats or hoods during the exams per College Board.

Do NOT bring:
● Books, dictionaries, thesauruses, notes, compasses, scratch paper, typewriting equipment, portable recording or listening devices, or photographic equipment
● NO CELL PHONES OR ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICES - Apple Watches, AirPods, earbuds, any wireless (bluetooth/cellular/wifi) enabled devices
● Clothing with subject-related information
● You are not allowed to wear hats or hoods during exams per College Board

Be sure that you are able to access your College Board account. This is how you will log in to your digital exam. If you are unsure of your login information - you will have to contact College Board (the AP contact line for students/parents is: 888-225-5427). Mr. Riley does not have the ability to lookup, change, or reset login information.

Please arrive at your exams early! Detailed arrival times will be located on our full Butler AP Exam Schedule (to be sent by 4.24.26). Begin thinking about transportation to and from the exam! AP exams that are in the afternoon will conclude after our 2:15 PM dismissal - afternoon bus transportation will not be available.

Information regarding attendance with exams will be sent out with the full Butler AP Exam Schedule (to be sent by 4.24.26). Teachers will be made aware of students that are testing and rosters from testing will be provided to Ms. Powell.
